About this Product
This beautiful heart memory patch includes the statement "Hold me in your heart until I can hold you again in Heaven" and you can add your loved one's name or Dad, Mom, Brother, Sister, etc. The small red cardinal adds the perfect touch.
Embroidered memorial heart patch is great for Memory Pillows, Memory Bears, Memory quilts, and any other item that is meant to commemorate a loved one. You can customize colors for the heart border and text; just choose from the color chart and include in the customization section.
The memory patch is constructed from cotton fabric, cotton batting and measures approximately 4". The custom embroidery uses polyester thread. The patch is sew on only and is not iron on.
You can make the following choices for your patch:
1. A custom name
2. Color for heart border (Choose Red or Black from the drop down - or custom if you will to choose a color from the color chart)
3. Font color for the poem.
4. Font color for the name if you would like it different than the poem color (Default if not included will be the same color as the poem)
A Proof will be sent for your approval through email. The proof is sent within 24-48 hours and once your approve I will move forward with your order. Note that I will provide up to 3 days for approval and modifications. If no approval is received after that time, I will move forward with the proof as sent. From the time of approval or the end of the 3 day modification period, it typically takes 2-3 work days to complete your order and ship. The quicker approval is received, the quicker production can begin. Most orders ship within a week of order placement.

Application Instructions:
Sew In Patches - you would sew on, either by machine or hand, whichever your preference. If any ironing is needed, use a press cloth to cover the embroidery.

Meet the Maker
Hello! So happy you found me.
I learned to sew at the age of 11 and enjoyed making my own clothes. I come from a long line of seamstresses and quilters and I take great pride in my heritage and workmanship. Over the years, I learned to sew ski jackets, home goods, and quilts. I also expanded my crafts in to crochet, knitting, tole painting, and well...you get the idea!
After experiencing several deaths in my family, I shifted my focus to quilting and embroidering. Finding a new focus on preserving the memories and heritage of my lost loved ones. There was something comforting about working with their clothes and presenting loved ones with quilts or pillows that held special memories for them and that could treasure for a lifetime.
After my twin brother's death, I quit my technology career of 40+ years to focus on my passion of creating and preserving memories. You will find many options from quilts, pillows, home goods, and Christmas ornaments that can memorialize a loved one or a special time in your life.
